All orders to Canada will be delivered within 3-7 business days, once shipped.
A “business day” is a regular weekday. Orders received during the weekend are processed the following Monday. Orders received on statutory holidays are processed the next regular business day. Small items like insoles will be shipped using Canada Post.
We will email a tracking link once your order ships (typically within 24 business hours from your order time).
All orders are verified for accurate billing information. Josef Seibel reserves the right to refuse any potentially fraudulent orders.

We only ship to Canada at this time.
Returns
You are welcome to return your shoes within 30 days from your invoice date for a full refund as long as the item is in new, unworn condition. Items must be packaged in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for replacement insoles. However, our insoles are genuine manufacturer insoles for Romika Ibiza sandals and are guaranteed to fit.
Returns In Canada
You can expect a refund 3-5 business days after your returns are received by our warehouse. Please contact us if you have not received a refund 1.5 week after sending back your returns.
Taxes/Duty
Canada
Orders delivered within British Columbia are charged 5% GST and 7% PST. All other provinces or territories are charged GST or HST. The final amount will be displayed in the checkout before payment.
Exchanges
If you would like another size or colour within 30 days of the invoice date, simply return the original shoe as described in our Return Instructions for Canada and then place a new order. This allows us to send out the replacement immediately as your returns are shipped back to our return centre. It also prevents the shoe you want from disappearing from our stock while your returns are being delivered back to us. A full refund will be issued once we receive your returns and they pass inspection.
