Return Instructions (U.S.)
These return instructions are for U.S. customers. If you are returning an order from Canada please see return instructions for Canada.
1. Request Return Label
Fill out the return form here and our team will send you a pre-paid return label. If you are making a return for any reason other than an exchange or defective product, Josef Seibel Canada will provide a $10 flat-rate label to return items. This $10 label fee will be deducted from your return refund.
2. Fill out the form included in the package
Mark down the reason for return on the invoice included in your order. Include a copy the invoice with your return.
If you no longer have your invoice, please request the form here. Please include your name, email and Order Number.
3. Package the Return
Package your returns with the original shoebox, packaging paper, and shipping box. Please present the custom invoice to UPS agent to ensure the order is returned speedily
4. Return the package to UPS
Take the package with return label to your closest UPS store
What happens after you receive my returns?
After the returns are received and inspected for their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
